Honda CX500 mods

Byron brought this bike to me to turn it into his custom cafe bike.

During the modifications to the bike we found bad corrosion in the lower section of the frame in the area of the lower engine mount and swing arm pivot.

It turned it into a much bigger job that took longer than it should.

Just like all my great customers, Byron stuck with us as we worked our way through all the problems.

The design of the billet parts belongs to Byron, I’m sure he would be happy to supply more if anyone is interested.

I’m looking forward to seeing it pull outside work so I can see the finished product.
