AIRPOD

We designed and manufactured 4 of these Airpods for Air Affairs Australia in Nowra New South Wales. The end user of three of them was Daimler Benz Aerospace.

The forth was used by Air Affairs Australia to carry some secret squirrel electronics.

This job was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our design and manufacture capabilities.

The Airpods were designed to be carried by Lear 35 aircraft. The aviation certification was carried out by Graham Swannell at Aeronautical Engineers of Australia. Fantastic to work with.

We manufactured the three Airpods together and upon completion these were sent to Adelaide to be on display at the Electronic Warfare Display before shipment to Nowra.

One of the Airpods was sent to the US for flight test certification with Learjet.

A search of the internet will show other people claiming to have built these unit. It’s not true. I’m really quite flattered that people who can’t design or build anything have to claim my work for their own.
